Remodel and addition - Downey, CA - 2500 s.f.
this mid-century house was enlarged and reconfigured to provided a modern and expansive design solution to an otherwise compartmentalized 3 bedroom 2 bath Layout. The design concept was comprised of 4 new exterior/interiot spaces. A continuous rear concrete deck was provided at the level of the raised floor to emphasize a seamless transition to the outdoors. Povot hinge windows and doors were chosen to emphasize transparency.
