_Tenant Improvement/Store - Mar Vista, CA - 1000 s.f.
Designed as a showroom/Store for Vintage Modern Antiques. The design consisted of eliminating visual obstructions to the street so new items could be easily displayed and noticed from the traffic heavy Venice blvd.
