This mid-century era apartment building was remodeled and converted to condominiums using the existing floor plans of the original units. New materials such as bamboo floors and concrete counters modernized the original design concept which included exposed wood vaulted ceilings. This model unit served as a sales showroom for the 16 unit complex. Free space modern.
