Mimnaugh residence_

Remodel - Silverlake, CA - 1700 s.f.

This historic mid-century duplex structure was originally designed by Rodney Walker in 1953. The remodel was designed in collaboration with the owner/builder-George Mimnaugh.It was converted to a single family residence by removing interior walls and providing a expanded kitchen area and master bedroom. The exterior was restored to reflect original wood detailing and all original door and window sizes were maintained.
